&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;1. Warm the fruit in a pot on the stove and mix it into a puree. If there are seeds in the puree you can pour it into a sieve to get the seeds out (I didn’t).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;2. Spread the puree on a oil-sprayed &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://rstyle.me/hwj2wbk4be"&gt;silpat baking mat&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span&gt; (my baking love!) or parchment paper (BE SURE to spray! If you don’t it will stick!). 1 1/2 cup of fruit puree is enough for 1 baking sheet, and put in the oven on 140°F (or as low as your oven can go. my stove’s lowest temperature is 170). Leave the oven door open a little bit to let the moisture out.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;3. They are done when the puree isn’t sticky anymore, you normally need between 5-8 hours depending on the oven and your fruit choices. (If you live in a warm climate, you can just leave the pan in the sun for the day).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span&gt;4. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut them and roll them with wax or parchment paper when they are still warm. Enjoy this healthy alternative.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What you’ll need:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4 or 5 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1/4 cup white sugar&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 tablespoon cinnamon (unless you’re like me and love cinnamon, in which case, use two tablespoons…or three)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What you’ll need to do:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and heat on medium. Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes. When apples begins to soften, they’re done. Mash with a fork if the apples don’t just come apart by stirring. Consume, or refrigerate. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;1 large egg&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="ingredient"&gt;3 tablespoons butter, melted&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li class="instruction"&gt;Preheat oven to 375°F and generously spray the inside of a 10-1/2 by 7 inch baking dish with cooking spray and place on a baking sheet.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="instruction"&gt;In a large bowl, mix together the oats, sugar, baking powder, orange zest, Chinese five spice, salt, half the walnuts, half the strawberries and half the chocolate. (Save the other half of strawberries, walnuts and chocolate for the top of the oatmeal). In another large bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, butter and vanilla extract.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="instruction"&gt;Add the oat mixture to prepared baking dish. Arrange the remaining strawberries, walnuts and chocolate on top. Add the banana slices to the top then pour the milk mixture over everything. Gently shimmy/shake the baking dish to help the milk mixture go throughout the oats.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li class="instruction"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is nicely golden brown and the milk mixture has set. For an extra tasty top, sprinkle a tablespoon or so of extra brown sugar on top then place back in the oven under the broiler and broil for 20-30 seconds.
